This bulletproof and […]

This bulletproof and stab-resistant vest can be used for three purposes:

◎ Can be used as a stab-resistant vest

◎ Can be used as a bulletproof vest

◎ Can be used as both a bulletproof and stab-resistant vest

This is a bulletproof and stab-resistant vest, combining Class 3A bulletproof protection (resistance to handgun attacks) and Class 1 stab protection (compliant with NIJ-STD-0115.00 standards).

The bulletproof plate and stab plate are installed separately inside the vest, allowing for use in various environments.

● When both the stab plate and shock absorber are installed, the vest becomes a stab-resistant vest.

● When only the bulletproof plate is installed, the vest becomes a bulletproof vest.

● When both the stab plate and bulletproof plate are installed, the vest becomes bulletproof.

During normal use, the stab plate is installed on the outside of the vest (the impact-bearing surface).

Therefore, it not only protects you from attacks by knives and other sharp objects but also prevents damage to the bulletproof plate.

Some may worry that if the stab plate and bulletproof plate are installed incorrectly, the stainless steel material used in the stab plate might affect the impact absorption performance of the bulletproof plate. However, testing has proven that this will not occur.

Normally, if a high-strength stainless steel plate that cannot be bent by hand is used, a bulletproof vest may fail to absorb impact because there is insufficient expansion space upon impact, leading to penetration. However, the bulletproof vest we use is only 0.2 mm thick, so it can be easily bent by hand. This allows impact energy to be absorbed without affecting the vest’s performance.

To verify this, we conducted a bulletproof vest stacking test.

The results showed an astonishing test result of 1809 feet per second (551.3 meters per second) in the V50 (extreme test) using high-penetration Tokarev bullets.

Under normal use, the bulletproof vest will be on the impact surface.

Upon impact, the bullet tip will be crushed, reducing its penetrating power, thus potentially achieving even higher ballistic performance.

We used Kevlar XD-S001 material directly imported from DuPont to create the world’s strongest and most reliable bulletproof vest.

This bulletproof test was conducted by HPWhite using 0101.06 3A material.

Compared to the 0101.04 type 3A material, this material requires more layers to pass testing.

Furthermore, this material achieved a ballistic protection performance standard of 500 meters per second in the V50 Tokarev ballistic test.

The Tokarev ballistic test used 27 layers of material, while the actual protective panels have 28 layers, therefore its V50BL(P) value undoubtedly reaches 1654 feet per second (504 meters per second) or higher.

The product’s expected lifespan is approximately 5 years.

This garment is available in black and white, both made of lightweight mesh fabric.

It can be worn as an inner layer or over a shirt.

If you prefer to wear it with a suit, we recommend the one-shoulder vest.

These vests use the same specifications for their inner (ballistic) panels and are available in both styles: black and white.

This is a bulletproof and stab-resistant vest that combines Class 3A bulletproof protection (resistance to handgun attacks) and Class 1 stab protection (compliant with NIJ-STD-0115.00 standards).

Some might worry that if the stab-resistant plate and the ballistic plate are installed backwards, the stainless steel used in the stab-resistant plate could affect the impact absorption performance of the ballistic plate. However, testing has proven that this is not the case at all.

Normally, if a stainless steel plate that is too strong to bend by hand is used, the ballistic plate may fail to absorb impact force because there is insufficient expansion space upon impact, leading to penetration. However, the ballistic plate we use is only 0.2 mm thick, so it can be easily bent by hand. Thus, the impact energy is absorbed, and the performance of the ballistic plate is not affected.
